Hillsborough County, Ruskin, FL We started monitoring in 1999 through a program called Streamwater Watch. When funding was cut, we continued to monitor although we had no place to send our data. With this site, we can make our data available to an online community who might be interested. Our data forms have been set up on Google and you can access our data at http://bit.ly/CampBayouWater
